The Supreme Court shielded Ombudsman Merceditas Guttierez from impeachment, maintained status quo for Arroyo’s midnight appointees, upheld plagiarism in its own backyard and just now has deemed the so-called Truth Commission unconstitutional. Times like these I just can’t help but recall: “…for justice, we must go to Don Corleone…”
